Q: What payment methods do you offer?
A: We offer payment via all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.
Q: Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?
A: If you find that a product does not fit properly, or you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the product. This needs to be inline with our returns and exchange policy. For more information regarding this please contact us via our AI Assistant and complete the contact us form.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order page.

Q: How long does it take to ship an order?
A: Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, however during the busy seasons please allow any wear between 1-6 business days.
Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
A: We sincerely apologise if your item arrives damaged! We pride ourselves on checking every order before it goes out. If this does happen however, please email us at info@mikeythreads.com immediately and provide photos of the issue so that we can rectify this issue as soon as possible for you.
